Not all venues are created equal. Some halls are better suited to large inflatable slides, while others are ideal for toddler soft play setups. When choosing your space, the main thing to consider is whether the hall is large enough for the castle you need - older children and adults typically require bigger units and, therefore, more floor space.

To make things easier, we handle the technical side of things so you don't have to worry about:

• Access and Entry: We’ll manage the door widths and parking logistics. If you are booking a hall not already listed on our site, just let us know about any specific access points or if there is muddy terrain leading to the venue.

• Flooring: Don’t worry about the floor type; we provide all the necessary professional matting for every setup.

Can you provide the inflatables and set them up at my chosen hall?

Yes, Time2Bounce offers full delivery, setup, and takedown services for all venues listed above and other approved halls.

What happens if the inflatable doesn’t fit on the day?

We always recommend confirming venue dimensions beforehand. If in doubt, contact us first so we can recommend the best options.

Do I need to get permission from the hall before booking?

Yes, always ensure your chosen venue allows inflatable use and check their insurance and electrical safety requirements.

All the halls listed on our website are venues we work with regularly. They already have all our documentation on file, and you’ll just need to let them know you’re hiring from us. If any issues ever come up, I’m always happy to resend the information or give them a call directly.

For new venues, you’ll need to check that they allow inflatables and let them know you’re hiring equipment through Time 2 Bounce (we’re a trusted name with many venues). They may request our insurance details, which I’m more than happy to provide. Sometimes new venues even choose to join our list of trusted halls.

Do you offer indoor-only inflatables?

Yes, many of our bouncy castles and soft play packages are designed specifically for indoor use.

All our inflatables are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. We do have a few that are indoor only, but that’s simply because they’re white and we like to keep them looking their best.

Do you work with schools and fundraising events?

Absolutely. We even offer a 20% discount for local schools and registered charities, when raising money.
